Our 60-minute group training sessions offer the benefits of working with a personal trainer, but in a group setting. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and get direct feedback from personal trainer, Jason Rowe. You’ll also have the benefit of group motivation and camaraderie that’ll push you to reach your fitness goals. We offer classes for mobility training, HIIT, step aerobics, and more.  Choose the group class that’s right for you and work with Jason and other attendees who share similar fitness goals to yours. Meet other people who could become friends, accountability partners, or even just a group of friendly faces to keep you motivated during your workouts.
